He has more than 40 years of experience in new construction, renovation and rehabilitation of property; held a Class B & C building license and has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and Master of Science in engineering management. He is a member and former director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and a member of the Condominium Associations Institute. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCAÒ)-National Board of Certification for Community Associations.
